Q: How do I order photos?

Q: How do I pay the order and how are the products delivered to me?

Q: I ordered some digital images, how do I get them?
A: When your payment has been verified in our bank account, the link for downloading the images will activate. Just click the link in the order confirmation e-mail and follow the intructions on the screen.

Q: Why don't you just e-mail the pictures to me?
A: Normally one image is 1-3 Mbytes. For that reason we don't deliver digital images via e-mail. Your inbox would simply get full and our mail would bounce back to us.

Q: I made the order using the Invoice payment method. I have not yet received the shipment!
A: Did you remember to use correct reference number for the payment? Order verifiaction is only possible if the precisely correct amount of money is paid to our account using the corect payment reference number and all other invoice details. Also remember that it will take extra 1-3 bank days until your payment is received in our account if you pay from some other bank than Osuuspankki. If you had problems to pay your order or some detail was incorrect, please contact us by e-mail.

Q: What is the delivery time for my order?
A: After your payment verification your order goes to our order database. You can download the digital images immediately after the verification and paper prints are delivered by post in 14-21 days. During some rush hours, such as Christmas, our delivery dates may be longer. Reason for this is the rush in the post office and rush in the photo printing service. Usually Christmas rush begins already at the end November so please make sure to complete your order as early as possible. Season rush hours do not affect to digital image deliveries.

Notify: Between 1.1.-28.2. ja 1.6.-15.10. we have photography break in baby swimming. At that time our deliveries will most probably last more than 21 days depending how much orders are coming in.

Q: What if I am not happy with my pictures?
A: Please contact us by e-mail. We will check your order and inform you how to deal with the defect or damaged pictures. We also have customer return service free of charge. Please refer to INFO section ordering intructions.

Q: I can't find all pictures that you took in the photo session, help!?
A: We will put only the best pictures to the gallery. In case you have not private gallery, you should check if your pictures have slipped to other swimming group. If some photos are missing, they have probably failed. In any case, please contact us by e-mail.

Q: There are some undesired objects, such as hands and legs in the picture. Can those be removed?
A: We have cropped all the pictures the best way they can be cropped. We will automatically edit small undesired objects from the picture but will not remove whole hands, legs or persons. We can do certain level of modifications by request. Contact us by e-mail for further discussions.

Q: Can I get digital or printed images as black & white or some other colors than normal color photos?
A: We do not support other color choices at the moment. You can order image as digital version and then convert it to desired color mode using some edit software. If this is not possible and you really need this to be done, contact us by e-mail.

Q: What is the quality and resolution of your digital images?
A: We will deliver digital images as .jpg files edited and cropped ready for printing. Every digital image has sRGB color profile embedded. You can see the pixel resolution under the preview picture in our web-store.
