Q: How do I sign up for the photo session?
A: Signing up is not necessary. Every family has a chance to attend the photo session. Check your baby swimming organizer for time and details for the photo shoots and jump into action!

Q: What is the price for the photo session?
A: Session is free for everyone. You can decide whether to buy the pictures or not from our web-store.

Q: What if I can't attend to our normal swimming lesson when photo session is scheduled?
A: If you couldn't attend to the photo session swimming lesson, you can agree with your swimming intructor to attend to some other lesson for the photo shoot. We can also help you with the photo session time tables. Ask the details by e-mailing to splash@avistudio.fi .

Q: I need some information about the baby swimming photography, help!
A: E-mail us to splash@avistudio.fi . You can also get some answers from this FAQ section and from your swimming intructor.

Q: How do I order swimming photos?
A: You can make your order from our web-store. Everyone who attended to the photo session gets a link for the gallery via e-mail.

Q: How about ordering with the e-mail of telephone?
A: We will only deliver orders which are made using our web-store. In case you have problems ordering or your link is lost, please contact us by e-mail.

Q: How do I log in to the web-store?
A: We will deliver a link to everyone who attended the photo session. If your link is lost or you have not received it, just contact us by e-mail.

Q: Does your company make videos or just photography?
A: At the moment we don't shoot video in regular swimming sessions. We produce presentation videos for the companies.

Q: How come we have never seen you taking photographs in our swimming sessions?
A: Ask your intructor whether you have missed the photo session. It is also possible that our company does not have co-operation with your swimming organizer.
