How to order

Gallery thumbnails are for quick reviewing of the pictures. Click the thumbnail to see the larger preview picture. When thumbnail is clicked, also ordering is possible. The stamp seen on the preview picture will not be visible on the ordered products. You can get back to thumbnails by clicking ”Back to thumbnails” -link.

While navigating on the web-store pages, you will always get back to thumbnails by clicking GALLERY towel in the upper navigation.

Selecting the products:

Choose the images and amount of products and place them to the shopping cart by clicking ”ADD TO CART” -button. You can always see the contects of the shopping cart on the right side of the web-store main window. Shopping cart can be modified any time by clicking ”Modify shopping cart” -link.

Notify that if the value of your paper prints in the shopping cart exceeds 99$, you can get those pictures as digital images for 20$. Please also notify that this digital pictures -option will disappear if shopping cart is modified so that the paper prints value will drop under 99$.

Ordering:

When you have made all your selections, it is time to place the order. To proceed with your order press the ”CHECKOUT” button. Then you will be transferred to check the contents of your shopping cart. Check that everything is in order, especially the digital pictures option, and press ”CONTINUE CHECKOUT” button.

Now you will be transferred to the order information page where you must fill the necessary fields for ordering. Please fill in the details, give us the voluntary feedback and press ”CONTINUE CHECKOUT” button. If the page does not go forward, please scroll the page to the top and see what field is not correctly filled. After every field is correctly filled and ”CONTINUE CHECKOUT” is pressed, you will be transferred to the payment methods page.

Payment:

You can pay your order by VISA/MasterCard.

Note that your order will proceed for delivery only after the payment is correctly made and confirmed.

Also notify: when you make the payment by credit card, please press the ”Back to service providers page” button in the credit card company payment page if the button is visible. If that button is not pressed, order might not be registered correctly in our end. If the payment process is stopped because of some connection error, payment might be transferred from your account but it will not be registered in our end. In any case of trouble or error, please contact us by e-mail.

Delivery:

Paper prints will be delivered to your address by post. Our normal deliver time is 10-20 days. Digital images can be downloaded right after your payment is verified. We will not deliver digital images by e-mail or CD-ROM.

Digital images can be downloaded to your computer by clicking the link in your order confirmation e-mail. Each image can be downloaded by clicking the ”Download image” link or clicking the thumbnail. File size is usually 2-4 Mbytes and download will take from few seconds to couple of minutes depending on your Internet connection speed.

Check your e-mail:

All information about your order including invoice details will be delivered to your e-mail. Please make sure that your e-mail address is typed correctly when placing the order. After placing your order, remember to check your e-mail.

If you don't get our order confirmation, please check your Trash can or spam folder in your e-mail. If the mail is still missing, please contact us by e-mail.

If you face any kind of problem, error situation or trouble in ordering, always contact us by e-mail. Do not make your order before asking help from us if something is wrong or you have questions about ordering.
